Our content

Everything we publish is protected by copyright. You may quote from our briefings with attribution and a link. You may share individual editions of the newsletter in full within your organisation. Republishing whole articles, scraping the archive, or training commercial models on our text requires a licence: write to us.

Your responsibilities

Do not use the site to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, and do not misrepresent Continental Brief content as your own or as carrying our endorsement. Quotation is welcome; impersonation is not.

Liability

We work hard to be accurate, and we correct errors prominently. Our briefings are journalism, not legal advice; decisions you take on the basis of our reporting are your own. External links are provided for reference, and we are not responsible for what you find at the other end of them.

Changes

We may update these terms as the publication evolves. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
