From 15 to 19 June 2026, Estonia hosted the seventh edition of its Tallinn Cyber Diplomacy Summer School, reinforcing the event's standing as a gathering place where diplomats and policymakers engage with the shifting landscape of cyber affairs.
As cybersecurity and digital transformation increasingly influence how nations interact, the school serves as a venue for discussing shared challenges and deepening ties between governments on cyber matters. The programme draws on EU commitments to democracy, human rights, and the rule of law in building a cyberspace that is free, open, stable, and secure.
The school is backed by the European Commission's Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA) and run jointly by the e-Governance Academy, Estonia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, DG INTPA, and the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV).
